In case of maintenance and support it might be necessary to access or remote control your PC (remote servicing). To do so, please download the remote servicing tool here.
If no maintenance agreement consists for a software product/package purchased from us, we reserve the right to invoice the actual working time of our employees for support services provided after a period of 90 days after purchase. (Charge for support services = 86,24€/hour. ). Billing takes place in 15min cycles.
